Alongside your workouts, we look at the factors influencing your progress: nutrition, recovery, stress, daily habits, mindset, and your relationship with your body.
Depending on your needs, tools such as nervous system regulation, meditation, visualization, and hypnosis may be integrated to support lasting change.
