My movement practice started at 41, with no specific background in sport, just a desire to shift my mental state. I started with acrobatics because it looked fun at the park and then I discovered Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga.

I then learned how to move with the breath, focus my attention, and shift my inner state. I also discovered movements I didn’t even know my body could do or that even existed. It opened a whole new world of perception and capability.

Being playful, reconnecting to my body from a childlike sense of wonder, with a desire to explore how the body moves in all directions. I’ve always been passionate about how each movement practice carries its own community, its own perception of movement, and its own form of self-expression.

At 46, I started going to a calisthenics park at the beach to balance my yoga practice, and I met a new community. I became strong by repeating new movement patterns, mostly using bodyweight :pull-ups, dips, similar in principle to yoga.

These explorations became conversations with myself. My inner state would shift through full presence, and it became a way to create more energy, ittel my little it shifted my personality.

This sense of presence is at the core of how I experience the world, and the states I want to bring into others.

I train consistently, everywhere. Movement is something I create, not a place I go. You can access it anywhere.

My passion for the body has taught me to recognize movement patterns that build real strength and awareness. I now know exactly how to share that.

The body can change. The mind can change, through consistent training and dedication.

How I help you

I help you build a strong, reliable body and understand how it actually works. This means:

  • training with structure to build strength, power, and energy

  • understanding how your body responds and progresses

  • learning how to adjust based on what you feel

  • staying consistent without forcing or disconnecting

My work also takes into account what impacts your body beyond training: your energy levels, your emotional state, and your internal rhythms. Because these directly affect how you train, recover, and show up.

My approach combines:

strength training and movement
body awareness and regulation
the experience of being seen (through photography)
and nutritional support.

So you don’t just follow a plan.
You learn how to read your body, befriend it and nourrish it for life.
