My movement practice started at 41 with Acro Yoga, Ashtanga, and Rocket Yoga. They taught me to move with my breath, focus my attention, and shift my inner state.
At 46, I built solid strength through Calisthenics. I took what I learned from yoga and added complementary movements to create a healthy, athletic body. At 49, I added the gym. At almost 50, I'm in the best shape of my life.
I train consistently and everywhere. My passion for the body has taught me to recognize movement patterns that build real strength and awareness and I know exactly how to pass that.
