“Your body is a portal to yourself.”

It’s only in looking back at your life, that you connect the dots. Steve Jobs was right.
It’s a warm day of summer 2017, I’ve just turned 41. I’m sitting alone on my terrace in Barcelona, asking myself :
How do I fall in love with life, again?
How do I create joy, wonder and innocence in myself?
There are moments that are calling us for more:
more vitality, more happiness, more adventure.
When life circumstances shift, a relationship, a job, a version of ourselves, it’s easy to believe:
“I’m too old to start again, I’m too sensitive, not good enough, I don’t belong.”
That day scrolling on my phone, I found an Acroyoga event. I went. It felt joyful, exciting, playful. I was laughing, connecting with people. Strangers became friends.
I hadn’t felt like this in years, maybe since I was a kid. And my body showed me I could do things I didn’t even know existed.
My life had just changed course. My wish for joy had been answered.

I had just left 15 years in Paris working as a commercial photographer. It was a gift to work with my passion, discovering new places and people. But approaching 40, I questioned everything and felt a misalignment with my desire to live a life of meaning.
I imagined myself at the end of life, on my death bed.
And I heard :” You don’ know everything, there is more.”
From that first Acroyoga session to years of practice : Ashtanga, Rocket Yoga, calisthenics, movement exploration.
I built a body I feel strong in.
A body I trust.
And a deep connection to myself.

Today, my work integrates movement and strength, body awareness and emotional regulation; photography as a way to be seen and reclaim power.

Now, I share that path with you.

How I help you

I help you build a strong, reliable body and understand how it actually works. This means:

  • training with structure to build strength, power, and energy

  • understanding how your body responds and progresses

  • learning how to adjust based on what you feel

  • staying consistent without forcing or disconnecting

My work also takes into account what impacts your body beyond training: your energy levels, your emotional state, and your internal rhythms. Because these directly affect how you train, recover, and show up.

My approach combines:

strength training and movement
body awareness and regulation
the experience of being seen (through photography)
and nutritional support.

So you don’t just follow a plan.
You learn how to read your body, befriend it and nourrish it for life.

“The body knows what the mind takes years to understand.”

Behind my energy and my smile, something was missing.
I was running away from my emotions while my body kept me sending me signals.
The pain in my neck when I didn’t say no.
The tension in my shoulders when I took too much on for others.
I was living through my mind instead of my body.

Through movement, subconscious work, I began meeting parts of myself I hadn’t met.

Step by step, I returned to aliveness.
This changed everything :
how I feel, move, create, connect.

Today, I create experiences where women access:
strength,
aliveness,
a sense of beauty in their body.

This is for you, if you want to:
reconnect to your body
rebuild your energy
develop a stronger sense of self.

If you recognize yourself here, the next step is not to think more.

It’s to start through the body.
